Do I need any special experience to drive a Tesla?
No. If you can drive an automatic car, you can drive a Tesla. We walk you through the basics in 5 minutes at delivery — touchscreen controls, how to charge, Autopilot features. Most renters love it from the first minute.
How and where do I charge the Tesla?
We deliver the car fully charged. Dubai has Tesla Superchargers at Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and other major locations, plus 1,800+ public EV charge points. Most renters plug in overnight at home or hotel. We explain everything at delivery.
Will the battery last a full day in Dubai heat with AC on?
Yes. Real-world range with AC: Model Y ~420 km, Model 3 ~380 km. Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back is ~280 km. A Supercharge session (30 min) takes you from 10% to 80%.
Who pays for charging?
Charging costs are paid by the renter. Tesla Supercharger rate in the UAE is ~AED 1.26/kWh. A full charge from 10% to 80% costs approximately AED 60–90 — far cheaper than petrol.
Is a deposit required?
We offer a no-deposit option from 27 AED/day — no large sum blocked on your card. Ask us which vehicles qualify when you WhatsApp us.
What is included in the Tesla rental price?
CDW insurance, free delivery (rentals 1,000+ AED), VAT 5%, and 250 km/day or 5,000 km/month mileage. Charging costs, Salik tolls (AED 5–8/gate), and parking fees are paid by the renter — we add no admin markup on Salik.
Can I take the Tesla outside Dubai?
Yes — you can drive across the UAE. The charging network covers all major routes. Let us know your plans in advance.
What if the Tesla has a technical issue?
We provide 24/7 roadside support and a replacement vehicle if needed. Tesla vehicles are extremely reliable. If anything comes up — we handle it, not you.
What documents are required to book a car?
Passport with a valid UAE visa (tourists) or Emirates ID (residents), a valid driver's license, and an IDP for some countries. Most renters need just 2–3 documents.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (AED/USD/EUR), all major cards, Russian cards, and crypto.
What does the insurance cover?
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) is included, with a deductible of AED 1,000–1,500.
What is the mileage limit?
250 km/day or 5,000 km/month. Extra kilometres: AED 1–5/km.
Is car delivery available?
Free for rentals 1,000+ AED. Paid otherwise: AED 99 Dubai / AED 99 DXB / AED 149 DWC.
How do I pay for toll roads?
A Salik tag is installed (AED 5–8/gate). You pay at return — no admin markup.
What are the age requirements?
21+ for a Tesla, with at least 3 months of driving experience.
When do I pay?
At delivery. No prepayment if delivery is between 09:00 and 21:00.
