Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 in Dubai

On E11, the Camaro ZL1 isn't a weekend toy - it's your fastest decision of the day. Over 70% of clients at Rentico choose the Camaro Convertible for evening runs along JBR and Palm Jumeirah. The math is simple: a day rental starts at 700 AED, while four Uber Black rides between Downtown, Dubai Marina, and DXB will cost you the same - minus the V8 sound, minus the stares, minus the control. 650 hp. 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds.

That's not marketing - that's physics. Soft-top Convertible or rigid Coupe, every Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for rent in our fleet is a 2021+ model, fully inspected, ready for handover in under 15 minutes.

Popular Camaro Configurations

Camaro Convertible - The JBR & Palm Jumeirah Play

The soft-top folds in under 20 seconds. After 19:00, when Dubai air drops below 35°C, there's no better way to run the Palm Jumeirah loop.

Rent a Chevrolet Camaro Convertible for the full muscle car experience - open sky, V8 exhaust bouncing off tunnel walls, a silhouette that stops traffic at every valet drop. Built for sunset drives and routes worth photographing.

Camaro Coupe V6 / V8 SS - Classic Stance, Zero Compromise

Rigid body: 15% more chassis stiffness than the open-top. Cleaner aerodynamics, sharper cornering on E311 toward Abu Dhabi. Camaro SS rental in Dubai suits drivers who want the iconic muscle car silhouette without worrying about roof mechanisms.

The 6.2L V8 pulls 455 hp - enough to settle any lane dispute on E11 in under 4 seconds.

Camaro ZL1 - High-Performance Tier, Experienced Drivers Only

650 hp. 3.5 seconds to 100 km/h. Magnetic Ride Control reads the road 1,000 times per second. Camaro ZL1 hire in Dubai is strictly for drivers who know what rear-wheel drive at full throttle feels like. Age: 25+. Fuel: Super 98. No exceptions.

Ground clearance 117 mm - navigate speed bumps in JVC and Al Barsha diagonally to protect the front splitter.

What to Know Before Renting a Camaro ZL1 in Dubai

Key Factors Before You Book

Ground Clearance (117 mm): Speed bumps in JVC, Al Barsha, Jumeirah Village require a diagonal approach to protect the front splitter Fuel: ZL1 and SS run on Super 98. Filling with Premium 95 risks detonation at +45°C Rear-Wheel Drive: Full throttle in wet conditions - rare in Dubai, but January rains happen - demands respect Visibility: Camaro's rear window is narrow. Rear camera on every parking maneuver, especially in mall basements CDW Insurance: Included. Excess - 1,000 AED per incident. Age 25+ pays franchise only; under 25 pays franchise + 20% of repair cost

Every Camaro in the Rentico fleet carries a Salik chip. Each toll gate costs 4-6 AED depending on time of day, plus a 1.5 AED service fee per pass. During peak hours, Al Garhoud Bridge stacks up - take E44 to save 10-15 minutes and cut unnecessary charges from your bill.

Cost Analysis

A single day rental of the Camaro ZL1 at 380 AED covers what you'd spend on 4-5 Uber Black rides between DIFC, Dubai Marina, and DXB Terminal 3. The difference: you control the schedule, the route, and the soundtrack. No surge pricing. No waiting in 45°C heat outside the terminal.

Booking the Camaro ZL1 for 3 days costs 2,997 AED - comparable to a 2-night hotel upgrade in Business Bay. Except this upgrade follows you to every destination. Free delivery included when your rental exceeds 1,000 AED. That covers most ZL1 bookings from day one.

    • Your passport

    • Your valid driver’s license (front and back)

    • An International Driving Permit (IDP) — this is required for citizens of some countries (see the list here).

If you’re from the EU, GCC, USA, UK, Canada, or a few other places, you don’t need an IDP. For people from Belarus and Ukraine, just your national driver’s license and passport are enough to book.

If you’re from Russia, Kazakhstan, or other CIS countries, an International Driving Permit is a must.

UAE residents should provide a valid UAE driver’s license and their Emirates ID. If your UAE license is less than 3 months old, please also send your national driver’s license showing you’ve been driving for 3 months or more.

  • Off-road use is a violation of the rental agreement and is not allowed.

    • Ages 18–21:
You can rent economy-class cars only. A refundable deposit of AED 2,000 is required.
Insurance terms: in case of an accident, you’ll pay the deductible (usually AED 1,000) plus 10% of the repair cost or vehicle value (in case of total loss).

    • Ages 21–25:

Insurance terms: the deductible ranges from AED 1,000 to 1,500 depending on the car class, plus 10% of the repair cost or car value (in case of total loss).

    • 25 and older:
All car categories are available. The 10% rule does not apply to insurance.

Minimum driving experience: 3 months (applies to all age groups).

If your UAE license is less than 3 months old but your original license shows more driving experience, you're still eligible to rent a car.

  • Any customer who has a valid UAE Driving License which is minimum 1 year old or above.

  • Yes — with Rentico, you can rent a car without a deposit or credit card.

A credit card is not required.

  • If you want to rent a car in the UAE, in some cases you’ll need an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with your regular driver’s license. For example, people from Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, and some other countries need an IDP. You can find a list of the most common countries and their IDP requirements here.

You don’t need an International Driving Permit if you are:

    • A UAE resident. Just show your Emirates ID and a valid UAE driver’s license that’s been issued at least 3 months ago. If your UAE license is newer than that, you’ll also need to show your original national driver’s license proving you’ve been driving for more than 3 months.

    • A citizen of the EU, GCC, USA, UK, Canada, Belarus, or Ukraine. For renting a car, your national driver’s license and passport are enough.

In any case, you must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces your liability in the event of an accident during your car rental. Without this, you could be liable for the full cost of the rental car if it were to be damaged or written off. CDW means you won’t have to pay the full cost of any repairs as long as you’ve followed the T&Cs.

CDW is always included when booking with rentico.ae with Excess or Excess Reimbursement. CDW is sometimes known as Loss Damage Waiver or Damage Excess Waiver.
