Rent Kia Forte GT-Line in Dubai - Sport Trim Without the Sport-Car Price Tag

On Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), the Kia Forte GT-Line reads differently from every standard sedan in the lane. Sport front fascia, red GT-Line badging, 18-inch alloy wheels — intent signalled, no insurance premium attached. Expats commuting daily between JVC and Business Bay run the numbers fast: a Forte GT-Line rental in Dubai starts at a fraction of what four premium taxi rides cost per day.

GCC-spec build means the air conditioning handles +45°C without strain, the 2.0L naturally aspirated engine runs on regular unleaded, and the 160 mm ground clearance clears speed humps in Al Barsha without drama. The 2025 fleet comes standard with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto — navigation sorted, no GPS add-on needed. Zero-deposit option available from 27 AED. VAT already in the price. No surprise line items at check-in.

Popular Kia Forte Categories

Sporty Compact Sedan - The Daily Driver That Looks the Part

The GT-Line trim turns the Forte into a visual statement without the running costs of a sports car. Aggressive front bumper, sport-tuned suspension, dual-zone climate control.

Rent a Kia Forte GT-Line when you need a sharp-looking sedan for daily Business Bay commutes or client pick-ups — without paying luxury rates.

Standard Forte - Budget-Smart, City-Proven

The base Kia Forte covers Dubai's grid efficiently: fuel consumption around 7.5 L/100 km, responsive CVT, cabin wide enough for four adults with luggage.

The right call for expats on monthly rental cycles who need reliability over aesthetics. Kia car rental in Dubai at its most cost-efficient.

Kia K5 - When the Forte GT-Line Isn't Enough

Step up to the Kia K5 when the brief calls for a genuine business-class sedan. Panoramic sunroof, 180 hp, a cabin that competes with European alternatives at a significantly lower daily rate.

Rent in Dubai for airport runs, DIFC meetings, or weekend trips to Abu Dhabi — 250 km/day included.

KIA Forte GT-line 2023 City: 8.4 L/100km Highway: 6.5 L/100km 434L For drivers who want sporty style and everyday value — ideal for urban commuting, young professionals, and style-conscious buyers on a budget

What to Know Before Renting the Kia Forte GT-Line in Dubai

Key Selection Factors

GCC Specs: All Forte GT-Line units are built for the Gulf climate — upgraded radiator protection and AC compressor capacity tested at +45°C Ground Clearance: 160 mm — enough for Al Barsha and JVC speed humps; approach at a slight diagonal if the hump is aggressive Apple CarPlay / Android Auto: Wireless on 2024–2025 models — no cable, no dashboard clutter CDW Insurance: Included. Franchise: 1,000 AED per incident. Glass and tyre damage not covered Fuel: Runs on standard unleaded — no Super 98 surcharge, no refuelling stress

Window tinting comes standard on every Rentico unit - critical in Dubai where interior temperatures spike to 70°C when parked. Before driving off, verify the AC reaches full cold within 90 seconds; the pre-delivery checklist confirms this. Planning Abu Dhabi day trips via E11? The Forte GT-Line handles the stretch comfortably within the 250 km daily allowance.

Cost vs. Value

Monthly car rental in Dubai for a Forte GT-Line runs from 2,850 AED — under 100 AED per day for a 2025 model with full CDW insurance included. Compare that to 5–6 daily taxi rides at 40–60 AED each: the math closes within the first week.

A 7-day Forte GT-Line rental at 145 AED/day totals 875 AED — free delivery included. The same 7 days by Careem Business-class averages 350–420 AED. Rental pays for itself before day three if you're making more than two trips daily across Dubai.

    • Accidents caused while breaking the law (e.g. driving under the influence or fleeing the scene).

    • Lost keys or personal belongings in the car.

  • To book a car in Dubai, please send us a scan or photo of these documents:

    • Your passport

    • Your valid driver’s license (front and back)

    • An International Driving Permit (IDP) — this is required for citizens of some countries (see the list here).

If you’re from the EU, GCC, USA, UK, Canada, or a few other places, you don’t need an IDP. For people from Belarus and Ukraine, just your national driver’s license and passport are enough to book.

If you’re from Russia, Kazakhstan, or other CIS countries, an International Driving Permit is a must.

UAE residents should provide a valid UAE driver’s license and their Emirates ID. If your UAE license is less than 3 months old, please also send your national driver’s license showing you’ve been driving for 3 months or more.

  • Off-road use is a violation of the rental agreement and is not allowed.

    • Ages 18–21:
You can rent economy-class cars only. A refundable deposit of AED 2,000 is required.
Insurance terms: in case of an accident, you’ll pay the deductible (usually AED 1,000) plus 10% of the repair cost or vehicle value (in case of total loss).

    • Ages 21–25:
Most vehicles are available, except for certain luxury and high-performance models.
Insurance terms: the deductible ranges from AED 1,000 to 1,500 depending on the car class, plus 10% of the repair cost or car value (in case of total loss).

    • 25 and older:
All car categories are available. The 10% rule does not apply to insurance.

Minimum driving experience: 3 months (applies to all age groups).

If your UAE license is less than 3 months old but your original license shows more driving experience, you're still eligible to rent a car.

  • Any customer who has a valid UAE Driving License which is minimum 1 year old or above.

  • If you're involved in an accident, call the police immediately at 999, then contact us right away to report the incident. You’ll also need to fill out a damage report for the insurance.

    • Cash — in AED, USD, or EUR.

    • Debit and credit cards — including Russian cards in RUB.

    • Bank transfers.

  • Yes — with Rentico, you can rent a car without a deposit or credit card.

You have two options: either leave a refundable deposit, or choose a no-deposit option by paying a small extra fee for the entire rental period. This fee starts from AED 27 and depends on the car and rental duration.

A credit card is not required.

  • If you want to rent a car in the UAE, in some cases you’ll need an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with your regular driver’s license. For example, people from Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, and some other countries need an IDP. You can find a list of the most common countries and their IDP requirements here.

You don’t need an International Driving Permit if you are:

    • A UAE resident. Just show your Emirates ID and a valid UAE driver’s license that’s been issued at least 3 months ago. If your UAE license is newer than that, you’ll also need to show your original national driver’s license proving you’ve been driving for more than 3 months.

    • A citizen of the EU, GCC, USA, UK, Canada, Belarus, or Ukraine. For renting a car, your national driver’s license and passport are enough.

In any case, you must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces your liability in the event of an accident during your car rental. Without this, you could be liable for the full cost of the rental car if it were to be damaged or written off. CDW means you won’t have to pay the full cost of any repairs as long as you’ve followed the T&Cs.

CDW is always included when booking with rentico.ae with Excess or Excess Reimbursement. CDW is sometimes known as Loss Damage Waiver or Damage Excess Waiver.
